What we collect
Name, email and mobile
To run your account and tell you what's happening with your entries.
Kept: While your account is open, then 6 years.
Date of birth and address
To check you're 18 or over and live in the UK.
Kept: 6 years after your last entry.
Entry history
To make sure one person gets one entry, and to run the draw fairly.
Kept: 6 years.
Payment records
To take £1 entries and process refunds. Card numbers are held by our payment provider, never by us.
Kept: 6 years, for tax.
Device and session data
To spot duplicate accounts and keep the site secure.
Kept: 12 months.
Who else sees it
Our payment provider, to take and refund £1 entries. Our identity checking provider, to confirm winners are who they say they are. Our email and messaging provider, to send you the updates you've asked for. That's the list. We don't sell your details or hand them to advertisers.
Winners
If you win, we publish a first name, an initial and a rough location — nothing more. Appearing on camera is always optional and never a condition of being paid.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of everything we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Ask us to delete your data, where we're not legally required to keep it.
- Object to marketing, at any time, in one tap.
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think we've got it wrong.
