Plain wording, no small print games. Version 3.1, in force from this season's draws.

1. Who can enter
You must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
You need an account in your own name, with an email address you control. Accounts can't be shared, sold or transferred.
We may ask you to confirm your identity at any point, and we always do before paying out a prize.
2. Entries
One entry per person, per draw. Duplicate entries are removed and the account may be closed.
There are two routes into every draw: a free route and a £1 paid route. They carry identical odds.
The free route never requires payment details of any kind.
Entries close the moment a pot reaches its target or its published closing time, whichever comes first.
3. Money
An entry costs £1 and the whole £1 goes into the pot for that draw.
Pot money is held separately from our own funds and belongs to the winner of that draw.
You can request a refund at any time before the pot locks. Once refunded, you're out of that draw until it fires and your place is offered to someone else.
Auto convert is an instruction to charge you £1 when the conversion window opens. You can cancel it at any time before the charge is taken.
4. The draw
Winners are selected at random from the locked list of entrants for that draw.
Each draw publishes a randomisation reference so the result can be checked afterwards.
Milestone mini draws are open to every entrant in that draw, free and paid alike.
Results are provisional until the winner's identity has been verified.
5. Payouts
Prizes are paid by bank transfer to an account in the winner's own name.
In charity rounds, the charity's share is paid directly to the charity.
We may ask a winner to take part in an announcement, but nobody has to appear on camera to be paid.
6. Conduct and closing accounts
Attempting to enter more than once, using someone else's details, or interfering with a draw will get an account closed and entries voided.
You can close your account whenever you like. Any live free entries stay in their draw; any paid entries are refunded if the pot hasn't locked.
7. Complaints
Tell us what went wrong and we'll respond within five working days.
If we can't sort it out between us, you can ask for the matter to be reviewed independently.
Each draw also has its own rules page with its target, dates and prize split. See the privacy notice for what we do with your data.
